Q1. Will you restock sold-out pieces?

  • If you're looking for a specific style, color, or size that's sold out, contact us, and We'll do our best to make it available for you. 

Q2. How should I care for my Sila Threads pieces?

  • Taking care of your pieces is easy. Most of our fabrics contain some polyester, and have been dyed.
    • For abayas wash in warm water and tumble dry on medium heat.
    • For thobes and handmade pieces only dryclean. 

Q3. Where can I find sizing information for products?

  • Finding the right size is crucial for a perfect fit. Detailed sizing charts and guides are available on each product page. Be sure to check them before making your purchase. If still uncertain,  contact us.

Shipping and Delivery:

Q4. Do you offer international shipping?

  • We're based in the US, and are happy to serve customers worldwide. Typically, international shipping takes no more than 15 working days for your order to reach you wherever you are. If you require alterations to be made kindly add a 8 working days to your delivery time.

Q5. What if my order is delayed or lost during shipping?

  • If you face any delays or suspect your item is lost during transit, don't worry. You'll have a tracking number sent to your email. If you encounter issues or can't find your tracking number, please reach out to us via our contact us page. Leave your contact details and the best times to reach you so we can assist you promptly.

Q6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

  • Need to adjust your shipping address? Please email us or give us a call as soon as possible. We can make these changes if your item hasn't shipped yet.

Exchanges and Refunds:

Q7. Am I able to refund?

  • Returns are not accepted under any condition.

Q8. Am I able to exchange my piece?

  • We do accept a one-time exchange for most of our pieces. The exchange must be within the first 3 days of delivery. Contact us to initiate an exchange.
  • The only pieces that are not eligible for exchange are those that were discounted, customized pieces, handmade pieces, or tailored items.
  • Please note that shipping costs are not covered for exchanges.

  • You can find some of our products online, our Dallas, Texas showroom, and our boutique in Amman, Jordan.
  • Please note that our Dallas Texas showroom is by appointment only. To visit, simply schedule an appointment with us at 469-835-7641.

  • If you're considering a bulk order of more than 8 items, we're happy to provide you with a special discount. Just let us know before making your purchase, and we'll ensure you get a special bundle!
